Gin Act – craft gin tasting game™

In-person, virtual, hybrid: gin tasting for wherever your group needs to be.

The Brits have long had a love affair with Gin, its consumption curtailed by the Gin Act of the 1750’s and boosted by modern consumers in the latter half of the 20th Century.

This tasting is more than just a cross section of today’s interesting gin bottlings. We go back to the beginning, including Jenever (the ancestor of contemporary gin) and Old Tom (often called the bridge between Jenever and Gin) in the tasting range. As with all our events the tasting is hosted blind for maximum participation, interaction and fun.

A range of botanicals and our gin aroma phial kits are also included in the tasting for nosing and subsequent scent recognition and recall.

To give the event the broadest possible appeal Seedlip can also be featured on request (the world’s first non alcoholic spirit).

Finally of course, the event features a full range of premium tonics, used in our special mini Gin & Tonic combination round.

How Long?

1 1/2 hours as standard. On request, the event length can be tailored according to your preference.
