More ways to taste

Fine food, Beer, whisky, cocktails and tasting trails (multi-tastings) crafted with the same care as everything we do.

Different formats, same

focus

From craft beer to cocktail making and tasting. Every experience is recommended and designed around the audience and your objectives.

Fine food tastings

Alongside our future-of-food experience, The Futurologist Gastronomist™, we also run classic fine food tastings. Like a great wine tasting, but built around exceptional artisan cheese, olive oil, raw honey, chocolate and more. Food for thought, literally - with optional drinks to complement the experience.

Brief Us

Craft beer tastings

Curated selections from independent breweries. We explore a wealth of iconic and eclectic styles, focusing on the full spectrum of taste and flavour. Ideal for building rapport in a relaxed, engaging setting.

Brief Us

Whisky tastings

Single malts and blends that tell stories worth hearing. Our tastings explore provenance, process and palate with the same depth we bring to wine. Often suited for smaller groups or audiences with a genuine interest.

Brief Us

Cocktail making & tasting

Most cocktail making events rely on rotation, a few people participate while others watch. Ours use simultaneous participation, keeping the whole group mixing and tasting together, including the latest cocktail techniques and fully integrated alcohol free options.

Brief Us

Tasting trail experiences

For longer events, bigger occasions, or days that call for more than one activity, we can combine formats. Fine food, craft beer, whisky, cocktails and wine - together or in sequence. We design the flow and pacing to keep the energy up from first tasting to last.
