One of under 450 Masters of Wine, Mark has made wine in France, built and sold a UK wine import business, and advises wineries worldwide. He also teaches, judges and hosts tastings internationally.
Guy Wolley
Fine Food Host
Guy has spent more than 30 years in fine food - as a chef, a restaurateur, and the owner of some of London's best-loved delicatessens. He has worked on many of The Tasting Quarter's key events.
