Panu Long

Panu has been on London’s bar scene since the late nineties when he started work as a barback in the early days of the Met Bar. After training up as a bartender he moved on to Damian Hirst’s Pharmacy in Notting Hill before moving on to bartend and later manage Pop, a busy Soho lounge bar and club.

Panu’s event experience is huge, with bartender supervision at all manner of events from private house parties to film world premieres for thousands. These events have been at locations all over London, the UK and Europe, and have furnished him with a broad experience embracing cocktail training and presentations alongside the usual first-rate bar and floor service. His back catalogue of work alone is a wonder to behold, from regular hosting of the former Moet VIP Lounge at London Fashion Week to events at both Buckingham and Kensington Palaces.
