Vodka and caviar tasting

The Brief

A corporate client was looking to host a vodka and caviar tasting at
Mosimann’s Private Dining Club in Belgravia. After approaching several
London based retailers to secure a suitable service, they approached us
after a recommendation from the Club.


The Tasting Quarter set up tasting stations including a caviar stall with
a leaping sturgeon display, cascades of Caviar tins, cracked ice, mother
of pearl spoons and a comparative tasting of Calvisius White Sturgeon
Caviar, D’Aquitaine White Sturgeon Caviar and Manchurian Gold Wild
Oscietra Caviar.

The vodka tasting included comparative tastings of leading Russian,
Polish and English brands, and the provision of a specialist host.
The event was set up as a reception style /walk about activity, with a
tailored drinks reception from the client, and specially chosen canapés
and bowl food provided during the evening.
